A new affordable electric car for Europe will appear in the Nissan line. He will be launched into production in early 2027. This is reported by the site L'Argus.

The new Nissan electric car will be the next generation Renault Twingo - he will borrow a platform. Both cars will produce a place at the enterprise in the city (Slovenia).

Like the new Renault Twingo, the Nissan electric car will be a compact city hatchback of a-class with a four-seater salon. Its cost will be approximately 20,000 euros. However, judging by the car, its silhouette will radically differ from the profile of the French fellow outwardly.

The Renault Twingo electric car will also become a power plant.

Both models will receive an 82-horsepower electric motor with low energy consumption at the level of 10 kWh per 100 km.

Thanks to this, it will be possible to reduce the cost of an electric car by installing a small LFP battery with a capacity of 30 kW • h from CATL. The course of the course will be approximately 250-300 km.

By the way, it has recently been known that Mitsubishi will release an electrocrosover based on the new Nissan Leaf.
