The list of cars that fall under the transport tax in 2025 was approved. It has more than 350 models and modifications. It was published on the website of the Ministry of Economics.

Transport tax in Ukraine (also known as a luxury tax) in 2025 applies to cars costing from 3 million hryvnias (375 minimum salaries) and up to 5 years old. Luxury tax rate is unchanged - 25,000 hryvnias per year.

After receiving a notification of tax accrual, individuals have 60 days to pay, and legal entities - 30 days.

Traditionally, a list of cars that luxury tax applies is approved annually. This year, you can find the new Supercars Aston Martin DB12, Lamborghini Revuelto and Maserati Mc20, the updated Bentley Continental GT hybrid. There is also an electric car Rolls-Royce Specter: Ukrainians have already purchased 13 such cars worth $ 600,000.

The list also contains rarities like Lotus Emira, Ineos SUVs, limited by Porsche 911 Turbo 50 YEARS or HYMER-Mercedes wheels on wheels.

Most luxurious models have Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche and Land Rover.

At the same time, the Ferrari and McLaren supercars do not fall under the transport tax in 2025. There are not a single model of these brands in the list, although recently they have been brought to Ukraine. There are no Tesla and Rivian electric cars, the top versions of which cost more than 3 million hryvnias.
